im afraid that it wont be thick anymore when i reheat it. i mean the liquid become water consistency again.

I often do so.

In the most extreme cases like gravies where there is a lot, it will need to be stirred well during reheating, and perhaps a bit of added water to thin it. But if anything the soup gets thicker over time not thinner.

Yes, you can freeze it. You will need to add more liquid to it when you reheat it. Cornstarch continues to thicken.
So, add water, milk or broth when you reheat it.
