Try massaging the spot with a little olive oil nightly and wash out in the morning. Massage for 5-10 minutes each night. After three weeks hair should start to appear. If not, there is no cure for baldness no matter what anyone says

I once permed my hair and damaged a portion of it, creating a bald spot in the damaged area. I began brushing this area daily, and within 4 to 6 days I had enough new growth to effectively cover the spot.
Brushing stimulates the hair growing follicles, it also retards the hair from turning gray.
