They are trying so hard to find a cure, believe me. You might not know but there are a lot of people out there that are so devoted to finding a cure to all these diseases that are sprouting up.
The only thing we can do to help them is to avoid being the problem. Let us be part of the solution.............

Do you know how long it takes to develop a new drug? It can take 20+ years to find the right combination to fight a disease. AIDS has not been around long enough for a cure to have been developed. They are lucky that they have come as far as they have in the treatment of HIV. Give it time and realize that medicines are not something that can just be developed overnight!

There are MANY diseases we do not have cures for. Not just 'aids'. It takes decades or longer to come up with new medication. New drugs to slow down the progress have been invented or to help manage it but as of now there is no cure. Just as there is no cure for Alzheimer's, Multiple sclerosis, asthma, parkinsons, diabetes, etc.
The best we can do is keep working at it.

HIV is a virus. Viruses have the nasty habit of mutating making virtually impossible to find cures for them. That is also why we can't cure the common cold. Research is ongoing, but it is a tough one. We finally have influenza vaccine, but every year they are guessing as to which strain it will be. Most of the time they are correct. Because of the type of virus HIV is, we just can't do that, it has no rhyme or reason to it's mutation patterns.

the virus responsible fpr AIDS keeps on changing itself which makes creating a single drug a tough task though not impossible.

aids was created by the government as weapon of mass destruction there will never be a cure found because the government doesn't want a cure to be found.
