I understand that worrying is really bad for your health, but i have a chronic problem with doing so...does anyone have any tips to prevent me from worrying...like anything u may do so u stop worrying

You should think about happiest thing in your life and forget the bad things. Another option is to exercise more, like swimming, strength trainging, yoga, etc. Those are all good for your health and can help you worry less. Be sure to eat healthy too, no junk food.

meditation.
Just try 10-15 minuets every day.
Make sure nobody will disturb you than turn off TV radio and tel. than lay down on your bed on your back and relax your muscles by thinking that your legs and arms becoming very heavy and you can't move them. Try not to think about anything just focus on your body.
It might feel that you doing something silly in the beginning but if you stick to it it should give you some break from your worries.
Imagine that you put all your problems on a shelf (or somewhere) and you will get back to them after you done with your ''meditation''

Taking care of health is a good thing.But too much may also create problems. so you need to be optimistic that all the things are not to ruin your health. You may also try meditations and think always of something better.
