Ahhh.. I had to look it up. :)

So basically it's fasting? But... just drinking a "lemonade"-water to remove the toxins in your body. (Isn't it similar to the green tea diet?)

The recipe:
2 Tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice
2 Tablespoons real maple syrup
1/10 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
8 oz water

Hmm... sounds interesting. :) My roommate has been fretting about fitting into her bridesmaid's dress again in a month. I'll let her know about this. ;D

My friend is on his 9th day on the master cleanse diet and he said it has been extremely difficult. He is really has a lot of discipline so if you are the kind of person who gives in pretty easy this is not the diet for you. He has lost a few pounds. I think it is really meant to detox your body since you lose your mucoid plaque (which is an instestine build up of toxins which can be anywhere from a few inches to several feet long and looks like a black rubbery creature) after about the eighth day or so. Be fully commited if your gonna do it is all my friend has said. I kicked the idea around but I like what I have been eating too much i think to do it just yet.

Try SimpleKibble. It's kibble made for people. It's really good. I bought some a few weeks ago and have ordered some more. I can go for days just eating it and i don't have to worry about finding food or cooking or going to the store. I lost a few pounds too. They don't really advertise it as a weight loss food but I lost weight eating it. The best thing is that it's just really convenient and easy. Check it out. You can get it at SimpleKibble.com. They have 3 different flavors. I have only tried the steak so far but I just bought some more steak and a bag of chicken to try out. Good luck! Hope this helps.

The beyonce diet? You mean the Lemonade Fast or the Master Cleanser. It is basically a detox diet and one of the results is weight loss. Not everyone looses that weight though. She happened to.

If you want to lose weight just eat healthy and exercise a few times a week. Celeb "diets" won't keep the weight off even if you lose it at first.

Uhhh...ask Beyonce's personal trainer and private chef. Why the hell would you want to look like some airbrushed celebrity anyway? Eat healthy and exercise, that's the real diet.

PS Beyonce is not fat, she has a normal body. Not everyone is 110 pounds.

Beyonce is kind of fat, why would you want a diet of fried chicken and corn bread? That's not a diet at all.

A diet is just what you eat... so chicken and cornbread is a diet, yes. Just not a healthy one.
