You definately need a medical exam by your doctor. There are way too many factors involved here. Piles (hemmorhoids) can have complications attached to them and sometimes require surgery. Please make an appointment as soon as you can. In the meantime, avoid straining while trying to have a bowel movement and drink plenty of water. Do not take any laxatives.

Anusol or Rectinal will relieve hemorrhoids. And chuck in some Nurofen Plus for sedation.
