---many thengs can cause this condition! if it happens at the same time every week,take that into concideration. could be that he is eating a certian theng, on a certian day that he needs to stop. if this happenes every time he starts getting ready to come see you,it could very easly be that he has a nerve condition. i had my own band,and when time started getting closer and closer to get ready to go and preform, i had the same problem. for me it was a nerve theng. don't get me wrong, i love standing on a stage and doing my theng.after i got where i was going and got started, everytheng was a ok.if he really cares for you, i thenk it could un-nerve him to that point. if this could be something that you thenk might be the problem,,,, break a date about 48 hours ahead of time, and see if he had the same reaction,at the same time, or, maybe not. what i discovered,was that a 10 mg, valium, 24 hrs before time to have my reaction, completely stoped my problem. this was of course, after a visit to the dr., and after our discoushion he gave me samples, and it worked.anyway,this was a thought that ran through my mind after reading your question. i hope you get it worked out. sometimes the seemingly unlikely theng makes all the differentce.------jimmyg

Most likely IBS or a food allergy.
A lot more people lately are reacting to artificial sweeteners that cause IBS type symptoms.. so it could be something as simple as that.
If it happens just the once a week, is it related to a meal / food stuff that he has just once a week. (Like is Saturday night, kebab night)...
Get him to go have some allergy tests...

It could be irritable bowel syndrome. Or maybe he's eating things that are too hard on his stomach.
I've never heard of any STDs that would do this, though.

Maybe that taco bell food, the ecoli, or maybe he doesnt wash his hands. or maybe the cook who cooks his food is unsanitary.
