Like the word 'before play'. This is for couples to arouse themselves so that sex would be painless and more pleasurable.
This is also to help couples who are unable to have an orgasm with a short sex play, to have a long foreplay so as to reach an orgasm.
Fore play may varies from each individual. Just use your imagination as to what arouse your sex partner and what you need to get yourself aroused.

Good Luck

I'm not quite sure what 'four play' is. "Foreplay" though is something us adults do before sex to get each other aroused. It could include touching (intimate and not so intimate areas), kissing, licking, biting, and many other wonderful things.

It's FOREplay, and it's anything a couple does to each other (or to themselves) to get ready to have intercourse. Foreplay gets people in the mood.
