set an alarm that is really loud and then put it on the other side of the room, that way you have to get up to turn it off

I had this problem. Now we have an Angora kitten. It jumps under the sheets as early as 4:15 am, and sleeps with prrrrrrrr. Around 6:10 am she wakes me up, I play for few minutes with her while still in bed (she fights with my hand, and bites). Its 2 months now, and I get up fresh every day before 7:00 am, and keep so all day. Besides I am taking two teaspoon fulls of BOROJO sugar free jam before eating anything else. I am not sure if it'll be available in your area. The fruit comes originally from Latin America. Check it on the web. Borojo is a vitality enhancing fruit with many other benefits..

If you get on a schedule, your body will adapt. Go to bed at the same time each night and wake up the same time (7 am) each morning. It also helps if you make a little bed time routine, such as having a cup of tea and watching the news, or just sitting in your bed for 30 minutes and read until it is time for your sleep. That way your body will recognize that this is what you do before sleep, and will start getting ready. good luck!

I bought a loft bed and put my alarm clock on my desk underneath it. So when my alarm goes off, I have no choice but to crawl out of bed, climb down, and turn the obnoxious thing off. The more tired I am, the harder it is to climb up and crawl back into bed again, so I'm always up on time.

The only drawback is that all that early morning climbing is hard on the shoulders and back. I might need to start lifting weights.

only things I know are just set that alarm clock away from the bed so you will have to get out of bed to turn it off or have someone call you and not hang up until you answer the phone. Also if you have a radio alarm turn it to your favorite station, turn the volume up all the way and set if for 7 am.

One thing that helps me immensely, besides going to bed at a reasonable hour, is having light when I wake up. I have a lamp on a timer that will turn on about 10 minutes before my alarm will go off. That way, when I wake up, there is light. This really helps me a lot.

It's hard for everyone to get up "early" (7:00 am is not early. Try 5:30, or earlier). Grow some balls and get a little self discipline, eh???

If you have to get up earlier than normal, you can try this native American trick: drink a lot before bedtime so you have to go to the bathroom early the next morning. Works for me.
