Think before you act or face the consequences.
U met the girl u like way bore u had sex with your friend. You are going to break her heart no matter what u say. But be honest with her, even at the risk of loosing her. For men, love and sex may be different but for most women its one and the same. Keep this in mind before you get intimate with someone because what goes around, does come around.

It all depends, if its the girls first time , she will get hurt no matter what. You need to sit down with her and talk to her. I wouldnt say anything about another girl cuz that will hurt even more. Tell her that the attraction between you and her isnt there anymore. If you too are good friends then tell you that you want to keep it that way. Whatever you do the girl will get hurt if shes attached.

Really you can't. Unless they want to leave you too, you'll hurt their feelings anyway. Just lay it out like it is and be honest. Accept the consequences. That way there isn't too many hard feelings between ya. Except if it is about the sex. Don't tell her that or she'll have a good probability of becoming a whore if she isn't one already (no implications there) just to prove you wrong. Hope i help a bit

the simplest way in this situation is to completely change your behaviours in her presence....in this way she will think that the guy she was once attracted to was just another person....!
you must find out what she likes in you and be be able to convert this feeling of her into disguss....you must be able to make her understand that you and her was just a trial....
in other words..make her hate you...don"t be too quick....keep close attention to what you will pretend to do or say...and only then you will things getting well....good luck then!!!
