how can i change my ways and help others and try to gain trust back inna realationship?? i mean i've been sick for a week now and i'm wanting her back....

First of all, what did you do? If you cheated on her it's going to be hard! Basically from a woman's point of view, you have to really show that you are truely trying to make a change! But you must want to change for yourself first! Good luck. Give her some time and then take it slow, try to call and speak to her over the phone, if that doesn't work try writing a letter and speak from your heart no b.s.! Be honest and patient! Good luck to you! And don't make anymore stupid mistakes, think about the outcome before you do something! Remember how bad you feel now, can you imagine how she feels?!? Something to think about HUH!?! GOOD LUCK!!! And no flowers and all that s**t right away, that's just way too obvious!!! Not to mention predictable and sappy!!

It depends on what you did. If you act stupid around her, then just simply stop. Girls aren't attracted to guys who act goofy all of the time. If she says to you that you are acting stupid then, ask her what you did. She'll let you know! To gain her trust back is tough because, trust is something that is earned and if broken takes forever to mend. Sorry you've been sick about it. Hope you find a way to win her affections again. If not, you'll find someone worth having. I promise.

Stupid do as stupid does. In other words, if she doesn't come back, then make sure you do not do it for the next gf. But if was something stupid like seeing another woman and you got caught for stupidity, then you are just a born stupid loser. You won't change.

You certainly do not have the market on being stupid, we all say something that we may regret., apologize for whatever you may have said and if she is not prepared to accept you back, get on with your life and be more careful what you may say.

You will just have to apologize. And hope that she forgives you. If you cheater on her or someting she has the right to be angry. But to rebuild her trust you need to just wait and give her a reason to trust you.
