i found in life, alot of the cheap, but free stuff still works. Depends on the person i guess, but i've found a site that offers a few free reports. sent to your email everyday, if you like to check it out, visit http://tinyurl.com/y8cmjm and click on "Free Reports" down the bottom
A few of the online programs cost behind $30 - a few hundred dollars. Gym on the other hand costs about $500 bucks
all the best, cheers

Yes, cardio. I was in a kickboxing class, a lot like tae bo, it wasn't a very expensive class, but you could do it at home for free if you wanted to. It was a lot of fun and you could totally feel it working too! Drink lots of water all the time. Watch what you eat.
Everything else, like those "miracle pills," is only temporary and the weight will come back twice as much, twice as fast. That's not even counting the fact that they really aren't healthy for you or FDA approved most of the time. Don't gamble with your life like that. It's just a waste of money, and you'll end up gaining more weight in the long run.
Healthiness is the best way. Eat better (the link below) and increase your exercise even if it's just a little bit. Walk a little more, walk the dog more often, swim more often, that sort of thing. Cardio is great though. And strength training.
