GET HOODIA(it is a drug) it reduces your urge to eat and then prepare your meals but still caution yourself cos you can still eat a lot even if you cook your food so be disciplined.

Get a journal and track everything - time of day, your mood, what you eat AND DRINK. At the end of the week, you should be able to look it over and see where the problems are. Maybe you always eat when you're bored, tired, stressed, etc.

Don't underestimate the number of calories you're getting from sodas. Even diet soda is bad for you.

Also, sit down for each meal or snack. Don't watch TV or do anything else while you eat. Take 15 - 20 minutes for each meal, chew each bite thoroughly and eat slowly. It takes the brain 20 minutes to register that you're full.

If you live with other people, ask them to keep an eye on how much you eat. Try to avoid large meals, it might be more beneficial to eat more smaller meals a day. Cut out all snacking, if you feel the urge have a glass of water instead. Try some moderate exercise each day, e.g. a 30 minute brisk walk around your neighbourhood as soon as you wake up.
