Don't make the mistake of proposing remotely by e-mail or mail.
Do it in person. Fix a date, maybe in the woods, where there is no one to disturb you, just you and her. Both will be relaxed in the ffresh air. You may say it with flowers but it is not really needed. If required the woods will provide you with flowers. Then look into her eyes, touch her gently, and tell her softly 'I love you', she can't say 'no'

K any girl wants an old style proprosal!
take her somewhere romantic, take her out to dinner and then during the walk home take a detour through a park and then tell her to sit down on the bench then get down on one knee and say ___name____ will you marry me? trust me girls are into that kinda stuff well at least all the girls i know are they would love it oh and if she says yes be sure to kiss her and take a really long walk!
