Dont be too afraid when I say this but my dogs symptoms were like that - blood in the stools and a healthy appetite.. She was eventually diagnosed with colon cancer (Very rare). You must take your dog to the vets immediately,, Hope its all good and just bad gastro

Dogs and cats can have good appetites and be dead within 24 hrs.
Have the dog seen by a vet as it can be a simple irritation of the bowel or something much more serious.

This is actually not a good place to ask. This could be from something as simple as worms, to something very serious.
How old is your dog, what breed?
If you can answer those I may be able to offer more advice. But for sure your dog needs to see a vet in the morning.
