what could it be? It feels hard like in a small area and protruding next to my ear. Its on my cheek next to my ear, it doesn't hurt though, just feels weird since its only on my left side

A cyst, it gets a little oily around that area so if you don't use a good warm soap to wash with then the pores can get blocked, the best thing to do is to draw it out with a warm cloth soaking it for a while. Don't poke it as they can get infected.

Goiter, Tumor, Cyst, or Callous. Its likely one of those. See a doctor immediately.

it could be a form of skin cancer, please have it checked, ya know, cancer doesn't hurt till it's too late, so better be safe than sorry!
