if a guy that you've seen before but never talked to you askes you out?

Yes. Don't randomly ask a girl out; chances are she'll say no then you will have blown your chance. Instead of straight up asking her out, walk up to her and introduce yourself (you could say something along the lines of "hey I've seen you around a lot but I don't know you" or think of something slightly more clever). Once you actually know her go out of your way to say hello (DO NOT STALK HER. sometimes you boys get a little too carried away and it gets creepy) then after a few weeks ask her out. Good luck!

yeah well it wouldn't be wise if the guy just came up to the girl and suddenly he says "will you go out with me?" lol but if the guy comes to the girl and starts a nice conversation and he can make the girl laugh then he should just ask to see this girl again because it was very nice talking to her and take it from there but you can't just ask out so easy :p you might be seen as a typical pervert :p

Not so much freak me out, but will make me ask a lot of questions. Like why haven't you spoken to me before? Oh and believe me I would want the honest answer.

She would prob not say yes, she would need to get to know you better. So try to get to know her. But "freaked out" is not the reaction
