It is hot in Thailand because it's near the equater but can there be an ice rink in the hot and sunny place?

Yes, there are two of them that I know of. One in the Central World Trade Centre down town on the seventh floor, and the other in Hua Mark area. You pay not so expensive entrance and renting the shoes blade for a session of about 2 hours. I think about 20 dollars.

Probably. I don't know about Thailand, but I do know about Sydney - also a fairly warm place - and we certainly have ice rinks. Coz they're indoor, it doesn't really matter about the outside temperature.
