So here is the deal---there is a guy that likes me and asked me out a while ago and I said no be we are still good friends, he has a friend who has a huge crush on me (he carries my books to class, asks who I am, and cute stuff like that) but he does not jump on it (ask me out or anything) but I dont like him. And both of the guys have a good friend that I like, it seems like he likes me back but does not do anything about it.
So is there like a rule that you can not ask a girl out that you best friend likes and asked out?
Is it ok if I make the first move telling this guy I like him?

You would be better off making the first move. Because there is an unsaid rule don't go after who your best friend like unless they approach you and thats a discussion between the best friends.
But waiting on them is going 2 take forever because they don't wanna break that rule, so go after what you want! And he might be very intrigued that you took the first step.......

There is no rule, or 'unwriten' rule saying that you can't ask out a girl that your best friend likes.
I met a girl this past summer and we became very good friends. I showed my best friend a picture of her and told him how much I liked her. Less than one week after school started, they were together and have been together ever since.
And about making the first move, I see no problem with that. When I was in middle school, even high school, I see and feel the pressures of being denied by a girl. It's many guy's dreams to have the girl ask them out.
Just remember, if you cherish your friendships with them, you don't want to ruin it. My best friend quit e-mailing me over the summer and now we hardly talk to each other. I only talk to his girlfriend because she sits next to me on the bus. But as in all friendships, you forgive and forget. I hope it all works out for you.

There is kind of a rule. It's unspoken. If your buddy stakes out a territory, you don't move in on it unless you want to risk the wrath of your buddy. Additionally, asking a girl out is kind of scary. Between the two, I can see why a guy would hesitate. Additionally, a guy likes it when the girl makes a move. It's good for his ego. But really, you are the property of a guy who you rejected (albeit gracefully). As such, you shouldn't worry about the boys you rejected. They will be a little disapointed at first, but then they will soon get over it. Usually.

Make the first move, and its kinda a unwritten rule that you don't ask your friends crush out.

Ever hear of a thing call "dibs"? Sounds like one of them called "dibs" on you and now he has to give it up in order for one of the others to ask you out.
