Well, you can try a gentle exfoliation followed by a lot of lotion, if you are really worried about how you look.
I have to tell you, however, that you probably don't really need to worry. Gynecologists are kind of like mechanics, I think. They are more interested in the motor than they are the body of the vehicle. Your doctor is not likely to worry too much about the condition of your skin because she's going to be paying attention to your uterus and cervix and ovaries.

Put on some lotion. Then think about what all your gynecologist really sees all day. Mostly sick people with sick vaginas. So I am sure he won't be paying attention to your thighs.

Clean the area very good and then use a moisture cream. It might not be a bad thing though for your Dr. to know this.

For the dryness try Vasiline @ night it moisturieses & makes it soft in a couple of days. For the black well honey Scrub.

they look at old nasty cooters all day, most go home smelling worse than the gordens fisherman!!! relax....a little bit of dry skin inst gonna hurt anything. just think about the gyno who has to look at grandma when her feet are in the stirrups :}

Go as is. Ask your doc about the condition. There may be a problem with bacteria.

Keep them moisturized and don't worry, your Dr. will tell you what to do if it hasn't improved. That is not an uncommon problem. Good luck.

put lotion on them everyday and night whenever u r just sitting or about to read but lotion on them it helps trust me
