Thailand as it's hot and dry. Peru etc is more rainy at that time of year. But make sure you visit all the countries you've mentioned as they're all great.

I guess these options are all great. Question will be the traveling time. It will be quite a trip for you to head to Thailand, unless both of you can take the almost 20 hours on the plane.

Do consider your preference, all these places will be considerably warmer than where you are now. The other question will be language. Thailand do not have many English speakers, so it might be good to go there if you are really keen on experiencing that place.

You can email me at thaitourinfo@yahoo.com for more information on Thailand if you like.

It's very interesting to go to Thailand in February ..the weather is cool..and if u are still worried about terrorist..everything is o.k now ...it's safety..if you like beach or sunshine ..i suggest you to go to the southern province..but if you like mountain and flower ..you should go to the northern province..it's very beautiful..especially Chiang Mai AND Chiang Rai..And if you like go shopping..you can choose to stay in Bangkok..it's convenient..Welcome to Thailand ...city of smiling
