Mine were caused by dry air and cold air together.
Later on, I required cauterization of exposed blood vessels.
Some children get them from picking their nose. If she sticks her little finger up there, it may be pricking an exposed vein and cauterization will fix that.
Good luck!
Poor little thing!

RE:
My two year old daughter has frequent bloody noses!?
She has one just about everyday now, and it is not just a little bit of blood, it is alot. I am making a doctor appointment first thing tomorrow but am so curious as to what might be causing this! Any feedback would be great as I am a concerned mother. Thanks!

There can be many causes. Some life-threatening...so DEFINITELY TAKE HER TO THE DR. But it can be that she is prone to them. (I don't mean to scare you, but wanted you to know not to wait in getting her checked out)
My brother had severe nose bleeds throughout his childhood. I didn't have to deal with it. However, my daughter had them. My daughter especially had the problem when she was too hot. My brother did as well. I think (uneducated idea) that sometimes the problem can be genetic, judging from the "nose bleeders" in my immediate family.
Young children at that age, have found their noses. They play with the nostrils, stuff things in them, etc. It's a sometimes painful learning experience for them. Could it be that she has cut her nasal membrane, and isn't letting it heal completely, by sticking her fingers in there? Just an idea.
Stay calm, Mom, and try not to worry. Chances are that it's nothing to worry about.

If your home is very dry and does not have adequatley humidity, sometimes it can result in dry noses, and bloody noses.
What you do is purchasing humidifyer especially in your little girls room. Fill it up with water, hock it up to the electrical outlet, while she is sleeping at night. And also during the day. For more square footage in yor home, I would purchase a bigger humidifyer.
If that does not help seek answers from an Ear, throat and nose specialist. I have the same troubles. I have a humidifyer in my room. It surely makes a difference.

I am not sure why, but I used to get nose bleed when I was small too. Usually at primary school when a child's nose startts bleeding the teacher will place a wet cloth over the child's head, I guess it could be associated with fever. I was very young and don't recall. It usually occurs to young children.
Don't be too worried, it may not be a serious problem, could be because she picked her nose, which started the bleeding - very common.
However, just bring her to the doctor to be sure there's nothing serious.

My son has nose bleeds, and like your daughter, it's heaps, not a little and quite scary. I've had him to a doctor, and the advise is; He's just a nose bleeder, don't sit too close to fans & air cons, don't have them on all night pointed at him. The fan/aircon drys the vessels in his nose out, and they break easily and bleed. My son is now 12 and still has nose bleeds. Mostly in the summer.

Not sure if this helps but it might...My brother and myself have suffered since childhood bad bloody noses...mainly at night time when we were sleeping...a doctor told my grandparents, who raised us, to get some viatmins with iron in it and have us take them...we noticed we stopped having the bloody noses when we took them and they started up again when we didn't...
Doctors might find a better solution to your problem...It may not be the same as my brother and myself...
Good luck!

We have the same issue, my toddler son and I. We have to use humidifiers at night to keep things moist. Our ENT said it's caused by allergies. Our dry then runny then dry noses irritate the sensitive skin inside the nose and the tiny capillaries burst easliy because of the raw irritated skin inside the nose. We use nasal saline or nasal saline gel, claritin, and humidifiers. No nose bleeds in a while now.

Well, she may be bumping her nose frequently. Maybe you should have her nose checked the next time you go to the pediatrician. If it's always the same nostril, she may have one of the blood vessels very close to the surface. That can be cauterized. Good luck!
