You don't want to be fat. If you're talking about gaining weight, to bulk up, you want to build muscle. What you'll do is you'll eat a high protein & fiber diet and lift weights to build up your muscles. That's how the bodybuilders do it. They eat lots of eggs, they drink protein shakes, some oatmeal and toast here and there, eggs, burgers, peanut butter on wheat toast, and more eggs. Then they lift a bunch of weights and do it all over again. (in a nutshell)

If you really are serious about bulking up you should pick up a few bodybuilding magazines/books. Look for a workout routine and high-protein diet. Start drinking protein shakes. Work out on a regular basis, not much cardio, mostly strength training with weights.

i don't know your height, and remember that you don't want to be "fat". It is unhealthy for you. Eat a lot of protein - protein bars, lean meat, eggs, egg beaters.. but don't forget your carbs. Workout, gain muscles, that'll make u look bigger, feel heavier, but at the same time keep u healthy.
