Use the Atkins diet or the South Beach diet. They are both pretty much identical. Just follow the meal plans EXACTLY and eat the enourmous amounts of food shown, and you will lose weight.
It also helps to do these things too:
(1) Do not drink anything with caffine in it
(2) Do NOT drink SKIM milk - drink 2% or whole milk only
(3) Get 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night
(4) Drink a couple of glasses of water during the day
(5) Fast for one or two days a week - but make sure to drink at least one glass of milk during each time you would normally eat a meal and take your vitamins for the day - and if you feel too hungry, eat a normal meal instead
(6) Take vitamins - especially B complex, K, C, calcium, zinc and iron

Either overdose yourself on laxatives or go on a veggie diet! All the salad and fruits you want! Beans are also find! I did it for 3 wk and lost 20 pounds! I mean i did the veggie and fruit diet! I did not try the laxatives yet!

eat way less, perhaps one meal a day at 4pm and that is it and water..lots of it..2 weeks=10-15 pounds
