to me this is a very interesting question, as it has the ability to prove the existance of a higher being. he healed the blind, cured the sick, and rose from his tomb, or did he. on one hand, it seems like it would be convienent for people to exagerate his life in order to jumpstart a new religion...why would anyone want to start a new religion, i believe that answer is simply power. while on th eother hand, jesus could have very well existed, along with all of his miracles, but the one thing i have a hard time believing is christianity. i believe christianity is merely an offspring of the human desire for power. what i'm saying is, jesus diddn't write the bible so what makes the people who wrote it so credible?

Whether he was or not its what he is supposed to represent that is what matters. Mother Theresa, Ghandi, Buddha, Marting Luther King, they were all "the real deal".
People just try to use Jesus' name to carry out their own agenda. As with all other religions.
Intelligent design is highly probable. Someone once told me..."we are more complicated that a 747 jet, if you took a 747 jet and shook it up randomly in a box for a million years, would it come out put together?"
As humans we only have real power over ourselves, and using good peoples names to judge others and cause war and hatred just dosent seem like a "creationist" agenda to me. Its destructive and I dont think its credible either. Religion and spirituality seem like 2 different things to me.

Yes-for sure!
