Control the world. Really I have given some serious thoughts to this question because some scientists are trying to invent invisibility cloaks or whatever (like H. Potter), by bending light waves. But it is really frightening. Imagine enter easily in the white house and kidnap the president and then kidnap the vice president. You could enter the pentagon, NORAD and a thousand other things. In short I consider this invention worse than a nuclear bomb.

Once it is discovered there is not much that can be done with it. One of the answerers went on about controlling the world by kidnapping the president, breking into pentagon etc... That is just not possible, because although you may be invisible, your body still generates heat (there are sensors for that), You will trigger sensors (like the elevator sensor who detects how many people are in the car, don't ask me how I know that). You will not fool animals, like dogs.
Its just a useless technology once it goes mainstream (at least within goverments)

I'd book myself a driving test beforehand, then turn up and give the instructor the fright of his life when the invisible me starts driving the car. I wouldn't go anywhere by public transport, because I'd probably be sat on. Even traffic lights would be dangerous.
I'm also thinking of performing miracles and becoming a God, especially when all the people following my miracles finally see me gain visibility at the end of the 24hrs.
Well, one can dream.

JUST 24 hours???? Oh well....probably pick up some jewelleries in the morning, get a dozen or so clothes in the mall, have lunch in a 5 star hotel, go to the spa in the afternoon, go watch a movie, have dinner in a fancy restaurant, and spend the rest of the night in a VIP club till my 24 hours are gone.

Walk around Buckingham palace, chill at VIP areas in the best clubs, scare people and children, slap powerful people in the government, haunt St Paul's cathedral, Visit the banks vaults, go to jewelry stores, steal nice cars and drive around in them then dump them somewhere, and anything else I can think of!

I would go into a men's locker room for sure. I couldn't steal anything, I would be invisible, but the goods wouldn't be.
I guess that's all I'd do.

I'd teach the world literacy.
Surely that would be a good thing.
Or I'd hang around in the England Football Teams changing room just to see the size of their balls, and if Beckhams' are really golden!
