This guy and I were in love when teen's. We moved on and it's been ten years. I've seen him at parties and we talked but had other commitments during these years. Just last month I learned he had opened a night club. I've been going there every wkend since. We've talked and played around and he took me home one night and we had sex for the first time. Now, he acts distant but gets upset if I reject him now and he doesn't like other men talking to me. I stopped the affection b/c I was drunk when we did it and I wanted us to get to know each other again b/c I think I may want to be with him for a very long time. What do I do?

You grow up before you even consider having sex again.

You are each looking at the world differently. You seem to think the current state is a continuation of your earlier relationship whereas he is only living in the present. If he gets upset because you reject him or you talk to other men it is only his problem unless you choose to make it yours. It appears he wants commitment from you without giving any himself. If you plan to be together for a long time you need to talk and make sure that you both want the same thing. The distance he is maintaining is to keep his options open probably because he does not share your feelings yet.

He seems to have a problem. He don't want a relationship or he is afraid of getting close or something but he don't want you to move on. He could be after just drunk sex....you should never have sex when you are drunk.

I hate to be crude about such a sensitive issue however simply tell him "save the drama for your mama" I am sure you don't need that kind of attitude or behavior towards you. Go clubbing elsewhere, and good luck.

Learn from this lesson that if a guy just wants sex and you give him sex...to not expect a deeper relationship from the jerk/guy.
