The funny thing about this is that our body will push a splinter out on its own. If you just can't wait and it's way deep, steralize a needle and follow the hollow point of entry as soon as you get to the tip of the splinter, push it just a little up. Get a pair of tweezers and grab it.

You don't say how big they are
If they are big , go To an emergency room
If they are small, wait for two days, they will fester (no Problem) and create a blister
. Take a clean Needle, Heat it up to red hot to clean it, let it cool to room temperature.
just peirce the end of the splinter that seems closest to the top of the skin,

Then using a fingernail at the opposite end of the splinter, push down and towards the opening from the needle and the splinter will come to where you can remove it.

BUT ALL SPLINTERS MUST GET THIS FLUID BEHIND THEM BEFORE THE SPINTER CAN BE FLOATED OUT.

Get them out. You can use a sewing needle that has been sterilized. You can do that by holding a match up to the needle or wiping well with alcohol. If you use a match, let it cool before you attempt to remove the splinters. You may need to dig deeper than you or he would like. It won't be pleasant.. Once you get them out, clean the area well with peroxide, bandage and keep dry until totally healed over. You could put a dab of antibiotic under the bandage. That happened to me years ago, the skin grew over them and I ended up with an infection. I ended up requiring a surgical procedure to remove the splinters and antibiotics to kill the infection.

When i got a nasta splinter that was stubborn my doctor told me to soak it in as hot of water as possible...and it is easier to get them out...you also might want to let it fester up and the water will help that as well...

running water on it may only irritate it worse cuz of the force...soaking is better...

gl with the situation.

Need to get an adult to use a something to get them out. You dont want them to work their way in further, so dont use the hands for anything - just keep them flat and dont move them too much.

I could tell you what to use, but you are not a surgeon, and it's very easy to slip and cut something major...

Hold his hands under hot water for a while. That should draw them out.

if they are small just leave them. they will eventually work themselve out. you will do more harm if you try to dig them out.
