I can only guess. There are alot of countries where that is a custom.
I am curious though what about the males virginity? Does he need to be a virgin?
And If not who is he having sex with? Are some girls born in your country just to have premarital sex with and then you can kill them because they are no longer pure???

I prefer to live in a country where women (and girls) have the choice to remain a virgin or have sex before marriage. It is their choice and I respect that. It's too bad you do not.

Morocco? I'm guessing it is an Islamic country. English is not your first language but you can write in it well enough, that rules out the Arabian gulf countries, so maybe you speak another European language like french..
