I always get compliments on my legs because they're all muscle, and they look like I do a lot of working out, but I never work out. I've never step foot on a treadmill or anything like that. I wanted to know why my legs are so muscley (if that's a word) and how can I get it to stop. I'm afraid they'll keep getting more bulky until it looks gross. I'm happy with how it looks now but I'm thinking about the future!

No offense, but how do you know your legs are all muscle (not saying that you're wrong) From your statement, you don't work out, so you can't really bulk. Besides, your legs don't get bulky unless you do any kind of workout that involves your legs. If you legs get "bulky", and you dont work out, that means you're putting on weight.

My legs have a tendency to bulk up really fast, too. My trainer said to do a fast walk on the treadmill in order to burn fat and not bulk up muscle. (As opposed to running.)

Hi,I have this muscles like u.m father's a doctor and i was unhappy about those.but i asked my father what are those???he said don't worry son they don't have any problem.but some of the peple have those muscles in their legs.don't worry.when you become older than 20 then they get natural or don't get. So,if they don't get natural .It ISN'T a problem.

Whatever it is you are doing, praise the Lord. I could see you complaining about cellulite or fat, but enjoy the positive feedback while you can.
