My mother had me at 41, natural birth and conception, I've made it to 23 with no health problems with the exception of a slightly over active mind which makes me act really hyper at times . Outside of this do you think other stuff could develop later on in life. My doctor says probably not. Any comments from past experiences?

At age 41, the main birth defect worry is Down's syndrome. If you don't have it, you don't have it, nothing else to worry. Everything else is determined by genes, nothing to do with maternal age.
