Well I'll answer this in two parts.
Highschool: If I liked a girl in Highschool, yeah I would smile alot or try to subtly involve them in conversation some how.
College: If I meet someone who I begin to like, I would try and talk to them (like an actually 15-20 min conversation) atleast once a week (assuming we have a class at the same time). If possible, I might try and get an AIM name or a phone number, to continue conversations.
Personally, if I like a girl, I smile alot and go out of my way to walk them to their dorm/next class. I also try and say atleast Hi every other day to them.

mostly guys will tend to watch a girl whe she is not aware. he might muster up the courage to smile or say hi. some guys will say hi alot. If you notice them around you alot it might be becuase they like you.

Girls talk about boys more except when bragging about sexual conquests. If boys talk to you and smile alot you can know they like you. With boys raging hormones everything is sexual...

hmm..i will like try to find an opportuntity to talk to her, n ya smile to her often..n to ur first question, is yes.. well, some peolple will start to spread rumours throughout the class, so eventually the girl will know tat she has an admirer..

I and my male friends rarely talk about girls. Of course we're gay.
They would know we liked them because we'd go shopping and listen to them complain about their boyfriends...:-)

If he propose you for a date that means you have a good chance.

most of the guys ive known always do this... they never talk about girl if they dont like them basically... if they talk about you it doesnt mean they like you... at first maybe yes but im pretty sure they are interested about you...
