There are so many "perfect vacations".... and romantic spots, that they can't be listed. It all depends on what you feel like doing.... sitting on a beach, a intimate dinners at great restaurants, romantic walks in romantic cities or exploring and sharing adventure. I think it should be paris as the scenery is very beautiful.
But in other opinion, a romantic place is where you can spend the time with your loved ones no matter where the place is...
