All religions will be eliminated by the present trend of events. There will be only one faith such as Universal Humanism based on the Vedic Truth supported by Scientific findings such as Quantum Cosmology, Unified Theory and String Theory in Physics.

The loss of faith in Bible by Western Christians and in Koran by enlightened Muslims, reforms among the Hindus are all indicative of revival of the Vedic Truth based on Science and Metaphysics that will be acceptable to the New Age.

In brief, the future faith that will uphold mankind is 'the eternal principles of a changing society or the Sanatana Dharma'.

No one except God knows the future. We even dont know when we will die. A classic example is Saddam Hussein's death. Also today science has proved beyond doubt that this world is to end one day, million years or few 100 years. No one knows. All major faiths believe re-birth or the world after death. When will that happen to you & me, when we die. The next world is as near as our death. After we die, we are kept in a different world where there will be no time dimension. Take the common things of all the religions present now. That will stay here permenantly. That is the way shown by God Himself. A Peaceful way by total submission of our will to the Almighty God. The religions are not clashing with each other. it is the followers who is fighting. Go to the root of all these religions, include Hindu religion also. You will find the truth. Visit www.irf.net

Hi, Saturn. Humanism is better than all religions we have at present. All the religions say good things for better human life but it is the people who practise these religions are doing more harm to the humanity than the religions themselves. Some satanic part of our minds is destroying the good things that our religions have contributed for welfare of the humanity. Certainly new religions would appear on the scene when the main religions quit. The onus of responsibility lies on you and me who can strive to keep the human race peaceful and happy. Choose the best principles of all the religions and start a new one practiceable to one and all, considering the mindset of the present and future generations.

Good question. I think between war, greed, technology we can't handle as a species and religion there may very well be no religion and quite possibly no human race.
We are collectively a very destructive, narcissistic and immature life form, a potentially failed experiment.
If we survive and our species evolve fast enough we may adopt some form of acceptance of what is and the knowledge that we just need to live our lives in peace to be happy.
Namaste

We must learn that we are different and at the same time, accept one another. I really think that Christian fundamentalism, outside of the U.S. and Ireland, is on its last knees. I am not suggesting we do away with religion. We should approach it with the idea that it is a guiding philosophy, a set of guidelines in life, a form of spirituality, a culture and a history. We must avoid being absolute, literal and fundamentalist in certain areas, e.g. women's rights, human rights, dealing with wars and violence, nationalism, etc.

It is important to create more tolerance and understanding and the agenda of Irres des Himmels must be halted without damage so that we can all live freely with our cultures and spirituality.

The heart of all religions is their faith in the one who created them and whom they are going to meet when they die. Religion gives precepts, but the sad part is that the teachers and preachers of the religion hold on to the precepts and forget the heart of the religion which is LOVE itself. That is what Jesus was against even when the preached. He called the teachers of his own faith, "brood of vipers" because they blinded the poor ignorant masses of the true meaning of the religion and bound them with the external symbolisms.

If all the religions were to be wiped out one day the only thing which will survice is "LOVE" - Parental love, conjugal love, love for nature, love in all its form is pure and is the only true identity and essence of God. Those who truly love will experience from their heart that - religion or no religion you just cannot hurt someone because you will be hurting God's children eventually!

WAKE FELLAS! LOVE BINDS!

I assume that you think these religions are invented by man... If so, then this thing might actually happen.
But they're not, (I'm talking on the christianity basis here)... Even if the religion seems to be wiped out, God is God and there will always be such a thing as RELIGION.

NONE.

i'm a catholic. but most of the time i don't agree with the practices my religion is giving me.

just have faith. believe.

your religion will not save you.

if you don't do good deeds, you will never be saved.

no matter how popular your religion is, in the long run it will not matter.

don't just stuck yourself reading bibles and stuff...

actions kicks rather than learning them but then you're not applying them.
