First of all any WOMAN you're with won't say no unless she really means it. So young women may say no with a laugh and usually that means yes. But just listen to her. If she says no back off. Then she'll be mad at herself for saying no when she really wants it. Eventually she'll catch on.

Don't ever try to assume that NO means anything else than what it is i don't care if the person is playing games No means NO. And at any time does the two go together because it could cause major problems for you to think that it means yes.

i am guy but the answer is what women say with there voice is meaningless. You must pay attention to their body language and over all demeanor when the interact with you. is it playful or is she confrontational. always test boundries with women and if they don't want you to go any further they will let you know usually non verbally. be aware it is difficult to know how far to over the boundry when testing it go out on dates you will eventually get a feel for when she is into you.

no means NO, even if it's reluctant or suggestive... because during the time we say NO, we ourselves can feel the need for it, but our guts just feel that it isn't the right time... so using whatever will power we have left, we say no (reluctantly, regretfully, or firmly, it is still a NO) well, the guys who respect us and our decisions and don't think of only satisfying themselves would support our decision too and pull the reigns over his needs too. the question now is whether you're that guy who can be respected???

1. If you're into BDSM and you've agreed on a code word besides "No" that actually means stop.
2. If she tells you to keep going after saying "No."
3. If she says "Stop" after she says "No" and you keep going.
There's probably more but....it's late. General rule: Better to be cautious than to be arrested.

NEVER. If she wants you she will let you know. You wont be confused, you will know. Never touch a woman when she says no. Even if she says it in a variety of turned on sexy voices. You cant have whatever you want.

It's better to be safe than sorry because I think you're nice enough not to get into this kind of mess. Just take every NO as NO!

tone is very important. If she's teasing you, or playing around, it means yes. No woman is going to willingly let you do something to her that she doesn't want you to. I would ask for clarification.
