well, although youre not getting the full service as you would sitting in a restaurant, they still take your order, place your order, package up your order, run your credit card (or go ring in your cash and bring you change) and walk it out to you, so yeah depending on the total Id give them a few bucks, maybe not 20% maybe 10%

Yes, it's just as if you eat at the restaurant. Even though they are taking your order, if you haven't called it in already and then bringing to your car, a tip is in order. Now of course you don't have to do the whole 15-20% rule, but a couple of dollars or a 5er would be nice.

You are not supposed to, but it is common courtesy in America to tip food servers. Their wages are very low, and highly rely on tip to make end meets, they work very hard including nights and weekends.

I would tip them. If your inclined not to, then don't but it's just common knowledge to tip someone who is serving you.
