this girl was going out with someone....and well i had liked her since before she got with her boyfriend.....then it came to a point where i kissed her and she began to cheat on him...and i loved this girl and i still do and she loved me..then it got to the point where jealousy started to take over sometimes...and it came to a point where my friend called her a hoe and she later told me she had lost so much love for me because of that so then i ended it and i thought and felt like i was over her because before then i had no interest in any other girls......until i eneded it
then she had gotten in to trouble because she had gotten a hickey from him.....and at that point i felt so almost over her i began to be friends with her b/f and he told me that he gave her a hickey and i felt this tremendous amount of jealousy..and i didnt know why..
and i still dont...i love her.......i just dont know what to do i cant get over her...what should i do...and why did i feel so jealous

Wow, it sounds like the relationship was doomed from the beginning. A relationship that begins on cheating is full of jealousy. You already knew that she was the kind of girl the cheats.
You also sound a bit possessive. She wasn't yours to begin with because she had a bf... you have no reason to be jealous. Befriending her bf? It sounds like you are stirring up a lot of drama in your life. Perhaps you should step away from the situation and figure out why you need to make so much trouble for yourself... maybe some counseling is in order.
If you want a healthy relationship you need to have one with a girl that does not have a boyfriend.

I think that if you really love her you should just wait for her too make up her mind. She may be confused and not know what she wants. She just might need a little time. And time heals everything whether you get together or you move on and find someone else that you love.

Honestly, you sound like you are all very confused about relationships and really shouldn't be dating each other because this is too much drama and cheating is never a good sign. No offense...
