Yes and no. Thiamin is given sometimes to people who have consumed too much. When you drink alcohol, it robs you of this. B1 is very important to liver function and a whole host of other things. People that are alcoholics usually have a deficiency. It's not going to cure your liver or make it so you can drink without hurting your liver so please don't misread this. Look it up and you'll see the correlation.

No, alas, should you choose to drink heavily over a period of time, you're going to have to live with the consequences of that decision. There is not a way we know to prevent alcohol from harming the liver (though we do have one that works well for tylenol overdose if taken in time, too bad the mechanisms for damage are completely different.)

After taking out 500 buckets of water the smell was remained and all went to that old man.

He became astonished to know that only 500 buckets of water was taken out but that ill-fated goat was still in the well!!

yes there is . but not pill that I know of but a home remedy.
Take a glass of lemonade but with salt and take it after you think that alcohol would have passed in the system and left your stomach that will get the after effect of the alcohol and reduce it's effect even you can use honey in place of salt . You can even eat a lemon or keep licking it to help reduce the after effect.
