what are you afraid of, really?
that they won't approve?
will it matter to you if they don't?
I don't think so.
if you love him the way you seem to then it really shouldn't matter what your parents think, and they'll just have to put up with it :)

Well, sometimes it's best to keep those things to yourself. I don't like telling my mom and dad stuff like that because they usually end up teasing me. They'll know you're in love when you come home with an engagement ring. :)

Tell your mum that you are pregnant, let her yell at you and vent out all her anger, and keep smiling and tell her that you are just kidding and only deeply in love, by that time she will be really really happy for you in comparison to being pregnant, trust me we did this before and it works

Be honest and don't hold back, tell her exactly how you feel and don't get upset if she doesn't agree, just prove her wrong and really show her that you love your BF

This could be a line;
Hei, Mom please tell me a thing or two about falling in love. Then break the news.

Be forthright about it. All parents have to deal with the 'empty nest syndrome'.
