NO THIS COURSE IS NOT PROVIDED IN THE DISTANT EDUCATION. BUT YOU CAN DO IT BY EVENING CLASSES IN JAMIA MALIA UNIVERSITY IN DELHI.

There is no degree course, i.e. BE (Civil), that can be done in Distance Education. Nearest is Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (AMIE). But, in my opinion, they also, do not offer Civil Engineering. This is only Diploma.

You should be able to do an AMIE, which is as good as a degree for professional purposes.
