First of all, "tone down" means you want something to be less visible which is the opposite of what you seem to desire. You want to tone up your muscles...first thing, eat more protein and carbohydrates. Beef is actually a good source, while fish is often even better for protein. Eat whole grain breads and plenty of pasta. Ensure you don't intake too much, however. You must work off roughly the amount you intake. The best way to tone muscle is to use free weights and do more pushups, situps, etc. Stablizer muscles are the main key to toning. As far as the workouts, start with something you know you can do with little difficulty, slowly work up until it becomes a challenge, but not too hard as it may cause injury. If your muscles feel a little sore the next day, you're working hard enough. Each day after a good workout (the following day), back off to something that's usually not too difficult again to let your muscles adjust, then work up again the next day, slowly. This cycle will increase strength and tone quickly. Also, a better idea is to rotate muscle groups. Work arms and shoulders one day, abs and back the next, and legs the next. You can modify the groupings as you wish, but it cuts back on the possibility of overworking any muscles. If you work on the same groups daily, just remember to have an easy day after each hard one.

Also, as a final statement, cardio workouts will tone muscle faster by toning down the layer of fat.

I feel the nice is to paintings with what you have got now like in case your smaller then begin doing sporting activities like positioned a five pound weight and stroll or stand lifting them one after yet another that is helping. After a month then cross to ten kilos weights in every hand and stroll rapid and swing fingers even as doing it and inside a month of this you Will see muscle mass and shaping .Drink plenty of water too as understanding like this makes us so thirsty..Good good fortune and opt for it my buddy.
