Stomach ulcers, internal bleeding, and it's going to be hard on your liver too, like drinking too much. But you really don't have to worry about those things unless it's prolonged usage.
You're probably okay though. I wouldn't take anymore for awhile. If you get unbearable stomach cramps go see a doctor.
You took about 4500 mg of acetaminophen. A healthy person should be able to process that. I've taken more than that over the course of a day. Just don't drink and no alcohol (sorry, no NyQuil for you tonight) okay??

As everyone has stated, Tylenol is hard on the liver. I don't recall what the LD 50 (lethal dose 50% of the time), but I can assure you, it is a most painful and slow death. Throw up. Throw up now and count the capsules/pills. Got to the E.R and be prepard for a long night.

One hopes what will happen to you is that you'll get a bit of medical clearance and an adequate amount of psychiatric help. That amount of Tylenol isn't likely to cause permanent damage, but that's the least of your troubles.

Seriously, GO TO The E.R. You can cause severe liver damage and cause sores on the lining or your stomach (Ulcers). This web site will tell the effects of to much Tylenol.

I have taken alot more than that when I had a bad toothache. Over time I think it can cause liver damage but the only thing it did to me was make my stomach sick.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paracetamol#Toxic_dose
According to the above link, you have taken about 45% of a dose that can cause toxicity.
"The toxic dose of paracetamol is highly variable. In adults, single doses above 10 grams or 150 mg/kg have a reasonable likelihood of causing toxicity."
I'd still try to throw up. But you'll probably be ok.

"In adults, hepatic toxicity has rarely been reported with acute overdoses of less than 10 grams " (below)
You took 4.5 grams, hardly recommended, but not damaging. If it behaves like asperin you may get ringing in your ears temporarily. If you have nothing in your stomach. it may get upset, so put some bread (or dark toast which I prefer) or Tums type antacid on your stomach.

Dude, call your ER room at local hospital. Tylenol is toxic to the liver at high dosages. This one time might be okay, but get the ER nurse to advise whether you need to go in!!

I do not think anything will happen to you as you are far from the toxic dose (10.5grams for a 70 kgs)person .
