Well my neighbor has and the funny thing is she knows I am a Martial Artist and asked about the tapes before making the purchase. My reply "Any work out video will work if you use them, we as Americans are looking for that quick get into shape...lose weight program". As a marking ploy, they know this and know that today you'll buy this and tomorrow it will start collecting dust so know, Denise Austin comes out with some new material and you try that.
I hope you and others will understand because only you and you alone can change. If you buy any work out material be it Richard Simmons or Billy Blanks it will work, if you stick to your guns and do the exercises.
Good luck and I hope my input helps in your decision.

Tae Bo is great. It helped me get back in rhythm after surgery. Now I am back training in a regular Boxing/Muay Thai gym.
Tae Bo should be fun for you. I think you'll enjoy it. Just make sure you start slow. Don't go full speed...walk yourself through it first. Watch the DVD once before you even watch it again to exercise. I really enjoyed the Tae Bo Flex DVD. I have a few of Billy's DVDs. From ab workouts to just straight Tae Bo. But by far Tae Bo Flex is my favorite. It's great cardio, but also strenthens your muscles. Go check it out and see what'll work for you.

I have never tried it myself but used to date a woman who did. She loved it and it kept her very fit. Billy Blanks was a damn good martial artist. I saw a couple of his movies which were great. He is phenomenol in tae kwon do. He was also a Golden Gloves champion. Not the mention the tae bo tapes have been around for many years. Almost 2 decades I think.

Great workout , but again , there is no one there telling you if you are doing the techniques properly , just Billy telling you that you are doing great (even if you are just sitting on the couch watching)

it's pretty good for a cardio workout, with his new stuff he's released; he's added some resistance training.
I tried some of the first dvd he had and was pretty tired as well as sore afterwards, and I'm in fair shape.
I'd reccommend it for people who're looking for better balance and technique, even if you've had previous Martial Arts experience
