on the 27th July 2007 (arriving back in Perth on the sunday the 29th of July of course). I've tried cheap flights, best flights, webjet, zuji, qantas etc and the cheapest I can find with tax etc is $2800AUD (australian dollars).

Is there anywhere else for those dates I can get it cheaper? There are 5 of us.

I have also tried travel world etc. Please help me get an airfare cheaper than $2800AUD (australian dollars) there are 5 of us (the 3 kids are older than 11) so we are all classed as adults. I was wanting to get us all over to Los Angeles and back to Perth for no more than $12000 as we are only able to go for 4 weeks.

Any better than $2800 would do though. PLease...in australian dollars...not american and with taxes etc included in price. Thanks for your time.

Try STA Travel. Call 134 STA. They have great rates for students and youth (under 26). Adult prices are as you have found, but the kids may get super cheap deals. You can also check the website out www.statravel.com.au Good luck!

Your travel dates were planned wrong, June and July are the summer months here in USA.
Choosing QANTAS is also the most expensive airline there is. The best way for you to find cheap air is via internet.

I looked at several of the websites I buy flights from. If you were able to get quoted $2800 AUD, I don't think you are going to do any better than that. Sorry...

take Singapore Airlines. its the ultimate best in comfort and value and quality. you shldn't run cheap sometimes. safety is also most important. along with the numerous air crashes lately, it may not be worthwhile going for an underrecognized carrier
