are furubushido katanas better than masahiro?

i cant afford big ones like hanwei or cheness so if u know good quality katanas that are cheap (around 40-70 dollars) please tell me

there's no such thing as (quality katana = 40 to 70 dollars).

As for Paul Chen Hanwei, you can get a "practical plus" model Katana from a number of online sources for ballpark $200.00.

For the price, it's a great practice blade....simply put, it's not comparable to his $1,000.00 + models in artisan quality but it's great for everyday usage and still quality for the price.
