Ask a doctor.

Your medication and/or your brain injury is causing you to start to have hallucinations. I don't know your financial limitations- but you must see another neurologist and get another opinion. If you live in a big city have someone help you find the best center that specializes in your injury. Your medication is not sufficient for what is going on with you but the dosage is causing the side effects that you described that is why you need to see another doctor as soon as possible. If you start to feel like you are going to pass out- have someone drive you to the ER- preferably a different hospital than the one you have been going to and while there ask to see a different doctor.... good luck to you... a new doctor will help you....

I would see another doctor. There are many other drugs for seizures other than Phenobarbitol. My litlle sister has seizures that are a lot like yours. She takes topamax and tegretol, but she still has break through seizures. It is possible that you may never be entirely seizure free. Go see a good neurologist and talk about other meds.

Hi Amy

You're obviously not getting 2 things: nutrition and circulation. Those are the 2 most important elements when it comes to living a healthy life. If you dont have enough nutrition then your body cant fight the issue and if you dont get new blood to the damaged part of the body then it can affect a magnitude of things.

For circulation

Drink at least a gallon of distilled water a day to flush the toxins and get circulation (body is made of 80% water)

Use any type of cayenne pepper (especially) or ginger for circulation. This will get new blood to replace the block aged bruised area in your head. Those 2 things are all you do for circulation! Exercise helps as well. Maybe 3. That simple.

Nutrition is a whole norther category, but eating organic fruits and vegetables and eliminating dairy and the meats will do wonders for your body. If you insist on eating meats then again do organic.

Also educate yourself on cleansing of detoxifying the body. DO a colon and liver cleanse to rid of the toxins in the colon and blood. Doing this regularly will rid of any health issues you have. This is healing at the rawest form. Once you learn to heal yourself you'll have a freedom I cant explain.

Best of health to you

Absent seizures is what you just discribed. Your doctor seems to think they are pseudo seizures( not real) so seek the advice of a different physician!

First of all CHANGE DOCTORS!! When you keep seeing the same Dr., and they don't help you it is time for a second opinion.
