A cat may hack up a fur ball on your goose down duvet an hour before bedtime but they will never ever talk about you behind your back unless of course you buy the wrong kind of treats don't refill the water bowl daily or forget a feeding time. And when was the last time a human looked you in the eye like a cat and actually got what you were feeling without you saying a word or actually listened to what you were saying without interrupting you with their problems. I think cats are as about a close to perfect as you can get but thats just my opinion.

Cats are like people in some ways, they all have their own personalities. I would not say they are better than most people but definitely are better than a lot of people!

Cats are so much better then people. My husband and I may pay the mortgage, but my cats are the real owners of the house. I would take my cats side in an argument any day!

LOL- if you ask a cat lover they would say without question cats are better! I once had a Cat, Cookie, who was the sweetest, adorable cat who was gentle, kind, and loved to be pet all the time. I think he was better than a lot of other people- lol! But then again, I was feeding him:)

Yep, the more people I meet, the more I love my cats.
There is an innocence about cats that people can't match. Cats can't do anything wrong, because, if they do, they can't be blamed, because they were just doing what comes naturally, and just being a cat.

Most cats I have encountered command respect for themselves and don't tolerate mistreatment. I don't know if that makes them better than people, but should give a lot of people something to think about.
