Little coffee makes you alert. You then become addicted to coffee to begin your day. Too much coffee makes you hyper active. Some ppl have difficulty in getting sleep after drinking coffee.

Coffee acts to flush everything that's good out of your system including vitamins and minerals which your body really needs to remain healthy. Coffee is also a mild stimulate and is used to wake yourself up in the morning. One cup a day in the morning should be ok. But I would be drinking it all day long.

It must have been decaf, or you would already know the answer to your question. The caffeine it 12 cups will give you the jitters--shaking hands, a nervous feeling, heart palpitations, racing heartbeat and make you pee a lot. If you do that on a regular basis, be prepared for frequent heartburn and acid reflux, chronic bad breath and stained teeth.

Just wash it out of your system, and plan of being awake for a while. Also, coffee is a dehydrator, can't think of the right word right now, but it will make you void a lot of fluids, so you will be peeing more than you would if it were merely water.

ok this was like 5 days ago. So either you got buzzed or not. If you ever do. Drink a glass of water for each cup you had. You will still feel a buzz but It will go away faster. like if you need to go to sleep.
