A debit card is usually a Mastercard or a Visa card and can be used in many places, but a regular ATM card can only be used to get cash from the ATM. PayPal will take a debit card

Some ATM cards are also debit cards, but some are not. If you have a savings account, you will not have a debit card, just an ATM card that lets you take money out of your account.

If your ATM card is linked to your checking account, it probably has a visa or master card logo. If it does, you can use it for paypal.

if you have a paypal account, you can get a Paypal Debit card (issued by MasterCard) which can be used at ATMs to withdraw funds from your paypal account. you can also use the card at any location that accepts MasterCard (as long as you have enough funds available in your paypal account at the time of transaction). The difference between ATM cards and debit cards is ATM cards are used to get cash and debit cards are usually used to make purchases.

Paypal: If it has the visa or mastercard logo on it, yes.

ATM card and debit cards are virtually the same, but some ATM cards do not have visa/mastercard logos on them permitting them to be used where credit cards are accepted.

They're the same. ATM cards can be used to get money out of an ATM, and debit cards are connected directly to your primary checking account. bu most of the time they're the same card. and yes you can use a ATM card for paypal.

The routing number is the first part of the number on your check, and sure, a debit card works for PayPal, that is what I use.
