If you are looking for an outside bloodline, I raise Chihuahua, and I ship to London, just realize it takes at least 10 months to get all the paperwork and vet test completed to prevent quarantine.
Shipping related fees are very, very expensive, often more than 600 GBP and that does not cover the cost of the animal or the mandatory test required for Europe.

Instead of buying a dog,go to a shelter and save a dog. There are so many unwanted animals you will find the one for you and vise versa. You 2 will quickly become inseparable. Trust me....

You could try going to a pet shop, animal shelter, or respond to an ad in the classifieds of a newspaper.
